This production of Peter Brook’s La Tragedie de Carmen highlights the troubling narrative of violence, obsession, and domestic abuse in a story that is traditionally told through a male gaze. We are proud to say that our production will be produced, conducted, and directed by a team of incredible female-identifying artists working to tell this story from a different and much needed perspective.
